The Animal Team has a little Wish List for items that could really help us. Any item donated from our Wish List will help us keep costs down and help keep our “passengers” safe, our fosters happy and healthy.
Charity Auctions
Our Auction Group raises funds to help pay for emergency boarding for dogs that need it for a short time between death row and getting to safety or assisting some rescues with a contribution towards fuel for transport to a rescue space. We will also often donate to rescues that require funding to help with high veterinary costs for a special animal needing that extra bit of support or towards some other unexpected cost they may be struggling with.
Please support us in any way you can by donating items we can use on our stalls, add to our raffles, tombolas and competitions.
Are you crafty and enjoy making things which we could then sell?
Jewellery, cards, cushions, bags, dog coats, knitted or crocheted animals etc.
Just think, a hobby that you enjoy could help us save another life.
We add new items to our auction for you to preview as the auction date approaches and during the auction.

Calling All Knitters
Is that you?
Are you able to help us raise much-needed funds for our charity? We would love you to do some crafting and sewing or knitting for us by making toys and other items for us to auction; knit dogs, cats (or other animals), scarves, jumpers – even baby clothes or shawls maybe. Greetings cards or other postcards/pictures? These can then be sold by us to raise funds so we can help rescues pay vital veterinary costs for example and support them in other ways financially.
It doesn’t matter if you can only knit one animal or ten, or make one teddy bear or a whole family – we desperately need items to sell and raise money for the animals we help.
Perhaps you can get a group of people knitting or crafting to help us or just make the occasional article for us to sell? Please contact us if you are able to help and Thank You.
Gift Aid
All you need to do is complete a Gift Aid Declaration for us when donating. Once we receive your completed declaration we can claim Gift Aid on all qualifying donations made in the past four years as well as all future donations.
If you pay income tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HMRC to adjust your tax code.
The HMRC require that we remind you that if you have paid less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference to the HMRC.
Please notify us if you want to cancel your declaration, change your name or home address, no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
