If this request relates to a dog/cat that you are importing from another country, you need to complete the Foreign Animal Transport Request HERE.
PLEASE NOTE* our current rate for fuel is 24p per mile. This is calculated for the full run from home to pick-up, to destination and returning home. It has to be paid directly to our transporter the day before the run date.
PLEASE NOTE: Where possible runs will be combined with other dogs to reduce fuel costs. If you are not happy to combine, please indicate in the Other Information part of the form.
ALL DOGS WOULD BE SEPARATED.
